OBTAINING AN EVENTSOST CERTIFICATE IS CARRIED OUT AS FOLLOWS
We evaluate how the company has to apply the sustainability requirements for events indicated by Eventsost.
With this information we create a sustainability management system for events adapted to the company, using our EventsostKEY technological platform, which shows how the company has to apply the sustainability criteria for Eventsost events.
Eventsost technicians help the company to implement its EventsostKEY system for managing sustainability in events, working together with it and training its workers and teams.
When the company has managed to implement the EventsostKEY platform for sustainability in events, an external independent entity is in charge of carrying out a third party audit on behalf of Eventsost, and certifies that all the requirements requested by Eventsost to grant the certification.
The external entity issues a report, and if it is favorable, Eventsost issues the requested certification. The PREMIUM certification for event organizers and event providers, and SUSTAINABLE VENUE, for event spaces, are renewed every two years.
Additionally, event organizers certified as PREMIUM certifed companies can request the SUSTAINABLE EVENT certification for particular events.
